THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF DEMENTIA AND STAGES OF ALZHEIMER'S Join us for a monthly caregiver support group hosted by Clearwater at South Bay and facilitated by SSG South Bay member Blanca Nazareth, LCSW. This meeting is open to anyone in the community who would like to discuss challenges related to caring for aging loved ones as well as discover resources and education regarding aging issues.
