Our goal as Senior Residential Specialists is provide viable and affordable options for seniors and their families when it comes to where Mom and Dad are going to live going forward. If it is possible to renovate the existing home to make it safe and comfortable, that is one viable option. If the adult children have a home that can be modified, that is also an option. We have financing options for these types of expenses.
If it is deemed impractical or unaffordable to modify the existing home, we take over the entire process of selling the existing home to provide the means to move to more affordable and safer housing. That means we do the organizing, the cleaning, the staging, the packing, the moving, the unpacking and the final cleanup, in addition to the actual sale of the home. All of these services are included in the real estate commission.
