Patricia LaFosse has over 30 years of combined experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industy. She has experienced several shifts in the industry and understands the importance of quickly adapting to change by learning new skills and strategies to stay relevant in the business and continue to be essential to her clients.
In 2013, Patricia devoted her concentration to the senior real estate market. She was awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation tailored to the unique issues that are involved when helping seniors and their family with later-in-life transitions. Specializing in the senior market requires a special kind of understanding. Most senior clients are exiting the real estate market after 30 plus years and this is overwhelming and stressfull. Investing time for many in-home visits, taking the time for attentive communication to clearly understand their motivation and discussing their worries, fears and challenges is key. Reassuring her clients that they will not be alone and she is there every step of the way to help them by providing solutions. Being a part of active organizations which specialize in serving seniors and building her connections with other senior professionals to draw upon their expertise and counseling when financial, legal and healthcare issues are involved. She combines her experience in marketing and strong negotiation skills to ensure a seamless and profitable outcome for her clients along with an old fashioned handshake which never goes out of style. And when it comes time to relax she and her husband enjoy cruising the harbor on their boat and taking in the fresh ocean air or a quick get-a-way to the central coast participating in food & wine tasting. But the absolute most rewarding time is enjoyed with the family including grandkids and adorable pomerainan Max.
