Sammi is a Community Care Liaison and Transitional Coordinator with Dynamic In-Home Care. She has been with Dynamic since January 2023.
Sammi received her two Bachelor's degrees in 2019 and her Master's degree in 2021 from California State University, Northridge. She also received her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate in November 2021. She began working in the field of behavior intervention and worked with children with Autism for over five years. Although she is no longer a practicing BCBA, she still uses her skill set and education to develop personalized care plans and conduct safety assessments for each of her clients.
Sammi knew from a young age that her calling would be any field that helped people. She has a special touch and sense of care and compassion for the clients, patients, and families she works with on a day to day basis. If you ask anyone who has the opportunity to work with her, they would tell you that she is effective, efficient, caring, enthusiastic, responsive, and so much more. Sammi's great grandmother suffered from dementia and passed in 2017. Serving the Alzheimer's and dementia population will always hold a special place in her heart. She feels honored to help the individuals and their families get the care and respite that they need.
Whether it is long or short-term care, Sammi is eager to help her clients get set up with compassionate caregivers and/or skilled clinicians to help manage chronic illnesses, rehab after surgeries, etc. Sammi will always show respect and care for those she works with while having an infectious smile on her face. She truly cares about ensuring that her clients and their families are connected and set up with the best services and resources. She primarily serves the Westside, Gateway Cities, and Beach Cities, but Dynamic also has a team that covers the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, and Santa Clarita Valley.
Sammi is married to her high school sweetheart (who also works with Dynamic), has 2 biological siblings, 3 step-siblings, 2 nephews, and so many more immediate and extended family members. She truly values her friends and family and spends time with them any chance she can. She is a SoCal native that grew up in Santa Clarita and continues to live there. She has always been and continues to be a dedicated and hard working person.
