Join SSG Specialist,Stefanie Elkins (Be Present Care),to engage in a discussion to help you identify and address challenging concerns such as cognitive decline, driving, safety, living alone and family dynamics. We will discuss perspectives and tools that can lead to better conversations, understanding and positive outcomes for your overall well-being.
This hybrid virtual and in-person session is hosted in partnership with the Calabasas Senior Center.
