Cypress Place is promoting the importance of laughter at this year’s Health and Wealth Expo, titled “Laughter Is the Best Medicine.” Hundreds of Ventura County seniors are expected to fill the community to visit with local health experts and watch as Randy Lubas takes the stage. Randy is the co-owner of Ventura Harbor Comedy Club, and has made appearances on national TV. He prides himself on his squeaky-clean jokes and inspiring all ages to let go and just laugh. The event is free to the public. Attendees can get their blood pressure checked, and receive glucose screenings along with balance and hearing tests. Wealth management consultants will also be on hand to answer any questions.
