Join SSG Specialist, Chef Shirrell “Chef Shi” Edey, Executive Chef, as we take a journey into the heart and soul of cooking. Participants will learn how food can be used to explore identity, memory, community, and culture. Through traditional recipes, diverse cooking styles, and culinary techniques, discover how food tells stories and brings people together across generations. Participants are encouraged to share their own personal experiences and memories of cooking.
