R. Susan Tenzer, J.D. is a graduate of Glendale University School of Law. She is not an attorney but is an estate planning consultant preparing Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directive, Quitclaim Deeds, and all related documents.
In the area of Trust Administration, she works with the successor trustee in his/her responsibility of management of a decedent's estate and distribution of the trust assets to the beneficiaries.
As a corporate consultant, she assists in the formation of business entities and the preparation of corporate annual minutes.
She has served on the Los Angeles County Superior Court Mediation Panel, Paralegal Coordinator and Instructor of Paralegal Studies at three colleges, served as an Advisory Board Member for both CEI College and Maric College, is an Affiliated Professional with the American Bar Association and has a designation as a Legal Document Assistant. She also has licenses issued by the Department of Insurance in California, Florida, Pennsylvania and Indiana .
Besides her work load she is community minded and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce.
